From the start, collaboration and craftsmanship drove every decision. Together with the owners, our team at Skelly Build focused on layering natural materials, enhancing textures, and refining architectural details that would bring personality and authenticity to the space. One of the most significant additions was the screened porch, designed as a peaceful extension to  the home—a place to slow down, enjoy coffee in the morning, or gather with friends in the evenings. Every detail of the porch was considered, from the structural framing and screening materials to the finishing trim and ceiling treatment. The result is a comfortable, functional outdoor living area that feels completely integrated with the home’s architecture.
