The length of our projects vary according to project scope and city requirements. In our estimate and proposal process, we will provide both an estimated duration and an estimated start date for a project tailored to the needs of your specific project.

Using our Buildertrend software, you will be able to get regular updates from your project manager, review design plans, check invoices, and communicate with your project manager.
Yes, we do! Your project will require and initial down payment upon signing your Skelly invoice or contract. in this document, you will find a draw schedule outlining future payment installations.
Your project will be assigned a Project Manager who will be heavily involved in your project. The Project Manager will be responsible for scope, client communication, scheduling, and finances.
