Kristi is a Texas native who has lived in the Austin area most of her life. After running her own visually-focused business for years, Kristi brings a unique combination of resourcefulness, tenacity and respect to the projects she oversees at Skelly Renovations. Her extensive background working directly with her clients to create personalized transformations has given her a deep understanding of the attention, care and communication required to deliver thoughtful improvements. 

Kristi's natural inquisitive mindset, need for clear expectations, and hands-on approach to problem solving greatly benefit her dual role as estimator and project manager. She enjoys the trusted relationships and personal investment that develop when participating in each project's journey from beginning to end.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys working on her own home projects, creating art, mountain biking and spending time with her dog, friends and family.
