Diana Skellenger is the founder & CSO of Skelly Build. She strives to maximize quality & minimize loss of time or resources through organization, creative solutions and meticulous quality control. As a female contractor, Diana brings a unique perspective to construction.

She believes that construction should be held to the same standard of efficiency, organization, timely communication & project management as any other industry. Across the board, Diana's passion for quality work, synergy & integrity can be seen in her team management, operations, client relations and renovation processes.

Weekly, Diana leads her team in progress report meetings to discuss any obstacles or victories occurring on current job sites. Together, obstacles are brainstormed & the best solution is put into place. "Victories" (as the Skelly team calls them) are discussed & integrated into daily practice when possible.

Diana is a Longhorn Alum and enjoys spending her free time with her three children, traveling, trying new recipes, attending Austin events or reading a great book.
