Carley is a proud Longhorn and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. After spending two years living abroad in Asia, she returned to Austin with a broadened perspective and a deep appreciation for design, culture, and the built environment.

Carley has developed a well-rounded career across multiple facets of the construction industry, with hands-on experience in materials management, project management, sales and estimating. This diverse background allows her to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and client-facing sides of the business.

Now serving as Skelly Renovations Division Manager, Carley leads the company’s smaller projects division, overseeing a wide range of commercial and residential work. She is passionate about guiding clients through the process, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while enhancing the functionality, beauty, and overall quality of the spaces they live and work in.

Carley enjoys being an integral part of the construction process—from initial concept through completion—bringing both creativity and practicality to every project. Off the clock, you’ll find Carley traveling, enjoying live music, country dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
